How To Receive A NetSpend Card?

Fill out a quick online form and we'll send you a NetSpend Card! There's no credit check and no application. The government does require that all customers provide their date of birth and one approved form of identification such as a social security number, driver's license, passport or alien registration before using their card, so we will ask you to provide this information when you activate your new NetSpend Card.

How Long Does It Take To Receive My Netspend Card?

Approximately 10 business days by mail. If you do not receive your NetSpend Card within 10 days or need to make a change, call Customer Service at 1-866-930-9924.

Can I Use My NetSpend Card Right Away?

When your NetSpend Card arrives, it is ready to use. Simply activate it and add money. Follow the printed instructions that arrive with your card.

3 NetSpend Payback Rewards is an optional program. You may opt-out at any time by visiting your NetSpend Payback Rewards Summary Page at www.netspend.com. The reward offers we choose and send to you are based on your shopping habits. NetSpend will not share any personal information about you with the merchants who sponsor offers. When you activate an offer and make a purchase with the card, the merchant will not know you are a NetSpend Payback Rewards customer, but you will become their customer. For more details about how and when you get rewarded, see the NetSpend Payback Rewards FAQs and the Program Terms and Conditions. Cash back rewards are credited to your account and not available in the form of a check or other direct payment method.

4 A cardholder may receive an unlimited number of Refer-a-Friend rewards while program is available. No rewards credited to either party if referred individual had a NetSpend card that was used for a value load, purchase, cash withdrawal or incurred a balance inquiry fee, at any time during the 180 calendar days before the day the $40 load requirement is fully met. Cardholder-to-cardholder transfers do not count toward the minimum load requirement. Allow 2 business days for $20 credit to appear on each card account. Cardholder responsible for determining tax liability, if any, resulting from this promotion.
